My acid reflux problems are subsiding somewhat, but the dietary changes necessary have been frustrating, to say the least.
No wheat.
No rice.
No spelt, oats or grains of any kind.
No pineapple, grapes or tomatoes.
No broccoli, cauliflower or cabbage.
No spices.
Limited meat intake.
Watch combinations carefully.
Did I mention I've lost over 10 kilograms in six weeks?
