From the 1973 album There Goes Rhymin' Simon, this song peaked at #2 on the Billboard US chart. It was never released as a single in the UK because the BBC refused to play a song that so prominently mentioned a trademarked name. At the behest of professional and amateur photographers around the world, Simon changed one of the song's lyrics in later live performances, from everything looks worse in black and white to everything looks better in black and white.
